Shipping

Within Canada

 

All orders are sent through Canada Post via Priority Courier (next business day), XpressPost, or Expedited Parcel.  Subject to weight, location, and mode of delivery, orders are typically charged a nominal rate of $10.35 - $14.92 CDN.  Please allow 2-8 business days for packages to arrive anywhere in Canada.  Nutrilifehealth.ca will charge an additional $10.35 CDN shipping fee (minimum) for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to a customer error.  Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered.  If you provide us with an incorrect postal code or other address type error, you will be charged the additional $10.35 CDN fee since Canada Post will charge us a fee for this correction.

 

To the U.S.

 

All orders are sent through Canada Post and the United States Parcel Service.  Subject to weight, location, and mode of delivery, orders are typically charged a nominal rate of $26.95 CDN.  Please allow 2-5 business days for packages to arrive anywhere in the U.S.  Nutrilifehealth.ca will charge an additional $26.95 CDN shipping fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to a customer error.  Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered.  If you provide us with an incorrect postal code or other address type error, you will be charged the additional $26.95 CDN fee since Canada Post or U.S. Parcel Service will charge us a fee for this correction.  U.S. shipping costs do not include any additional charges or U.S. Customs clearances.  These additional charges are the full reponsilbility of the customer.  Nutrilifehealth.ca reserves the right to not allow the shipment of certain products to the U.S.  This would include products not approved for import to the U.S. by the United States Food and Drug Agency.  If the package is seized by U.S. Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund or credit.  If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.  All U.S. sales are final.

 

International Orders

 

All orders are sent through Canada Post Air or Surface mail.  International orders will not be processed without prior approval of the exact shipping charges from the customer.  We will notify you via e-mail within 48 hours for the exact shipping charges.  If we do not receive approval of these charges within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled.  International shipping costs do not include any additional charges or Customs clearances.  These additional charges are the full reponsilbility of the customer.  Nutrilifehealth.ca reserves the right to not allow the shipment of certain products to the destination country.  This would include products not approved for import by the destination country's Food and Drug Agency.  If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund or credit.  If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.  All International sales are final.

 

Refunds

Unopened products or defective products can be returned for a refund or exchange ONLY if accompanied by a receipt within 30 days (1 month) of purchase. 

 

Returning Products Purchased Online


We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund in-store on any unopened purchase up to 30 days after you receive your order.  If you would like to return an item please ship it to Nutrilife Health Food at #112 - 3200 Westwood Street, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3C 6C7.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.  Promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, etc.) must also be returned, if received with the original purchase.  Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not also returned.  On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to exchange or return it.  Please contact us so we can exchange or return it for the correct item.

 

Backorders

We regularly stock every item we carry.  Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products.  In this case, we will attempt to mark the product "out of stock" on our website.  In the event that one of your items is out of stock, we will not delay the rest of your order.  Your order will be shipped immediately.  Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge.  If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock.  We will never substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product.

 

Changing an order

Due to the difficulty of locating orders once they have entered our order processing system, orders may not be changed, or added to once they have been processed.  Changes to an order after it has been placed may be requested, but there is no guarantee that they will be implemented.  Please e-mail us your request at sales@nutrilifehealth.ca.

 

Damages or Shortages

Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Nutrilifehealth.ca within 24 hours of receipt.  Nutrilifehealth.ca will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.  Nutrilifehealth.ca will contact Canada Post for visual inspection of the merchandise and box.  Nutrilifehealth.ca will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.
